We need your name, mailing address, email address and best contact phone number, and a fax number if available. We also need a description of your merchandise and / or craft items that will be offered for sale, and a contact person (if that is not you)

** For your exclusivity – Merchandise WILL NOT be duplicated – first paid application has priority.

****FAST RESPONSE BONUS: Vendors who submit their forms WITH payment before June 8, 2018 may also have their logo displayed on our event page, and links to their website and Facebook page. Please submit your logo as clean, camera-ready artwork in PDF or as an image (jpg, gif) file to Dianne Daniels at the email listed below.

Please plan ahead to join us today.  The entry fee is $20.00 for craft and merchandise vendors, $21.00 if submitted electronically via PayPal (see below).

If you represent a non-profit that will NOT be selling any product or services at the event, you may reserve a space at no charge – just write “Non-profit – No Sales” on your application before submitting it – do NOT use the PayPal link below.

Applications must be submitted in writing – WITH PAYMENT for craft and merchandise vendors – by June 8, 2018. Applications can be mailed to:

NEW for 2018 – We also are accepting PayPal for payment of Vendor Fees (plus a small PayPal fee of $1.00)

Once you complete your payment, please send us an email with the Vendor Form completed, along with your logo, website link, and social media links.
